I am a PhD student in the lab working on using microgel-strategies for promotion of wound healing. I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in May 2015 with a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering with a specialization in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine. My undergraduate research was primarily focused on developing a high-throughput model for studying intravasation during cancer metastasis and determining the efficacy of anti-cancer drugs in inhibiting intravasation. Outside of the lab, I enjoy playing tennis, reading, baking, and hanging out with my friends.
